Cancellation Policy

  • Before dispatch: you can cancel an order from My Orders while it is still pending. If the button is not shown, call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible; if the order has not been packed yet we will cancel it.
  • After dispatch: an order that has been handed to the courier cannot be cancelled.
  • Unpaid orders: if payment is not confirmed within 30 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically.
  • Cancelled by us: we may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. We will tell you why.

For every cancelled order, the full amount you paid (including shipping) is refunded to your original payment method. See the Refund Policy for timelines.
