Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not ship outside India at present.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged on the value of the products in your order and is shown at checkout before you pay:

Some large or heavy items (for example embroidery machines) carry an additional shipping charge, which is shown on the product page and at checkout. Any offer on shipping is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery time

  • Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days of payment.
  • Delivery usually takes up to 7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas, holidays, weather or courier disruptions can add a few days.
  • We ship through our courier partners or APSRTC parcel service, depending on your location and the size of the order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you can follow it under My Orders in the app or on the website. We also send status updates by SMS and app notification.

Delivery problems

  • Please check your address and phone number before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or the recipient could not be reached, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; the extra shipping may be charged.
  • If the outer packaging is torn or tampered with, please note it with the delivery person or take a photo, and tell us within 48 hours (see the Return Policy).
